Mod: Add Radioactive Elements and Tools to Minecraft with the Uranium Mod (1.2.3)
This Minecraft mod adds radioactive elements to the game. This includes new weapons, tools, powerful bombs, radioactive mobs, and more.
The Uranium Mod adds Uranium Ore to the game. It can be found in freshly generated chunks deep underground. Typically, it will only spawn where the Y coordinate is less than 32. Upon contact it will damage the player by 2 hearts.
When you mine Uranium Ore, you will get valuable Uranium dust. Uranium Dust can be used to power a Reactor, make Nuclear Waste, craft Uranium Arrows, and craft Uranium Blocks, and more.
At night you will encounter Radioactive Skeletons. Radioactive Skeletons will attack your base with exploding Uranium Arrows. Upon death they will drop Uranium Arrows and Uranium Skulls.
The Reactor is similar to a furnace, but is nuclear. It is powered by Uranium Dust, Radioactive Coal, and Uranium Skulls. Although the Reactor is essential for crafting nuclear materials, it is very dangerous. There is a possibility that it may randomly explode. This will damage the player and spread nuclear waste around the Reactor. Because of this, the safest place to keep Reactors is underground.
Can power the Reactor for four reactions.
Used in many radioactive recipes including weapons and the nuclear bomb.
The Uranium Block is extremely radioactive. It will deal five damage upon being touched. It can be broken into 9 Uranium dust.
The Nuclear Bomb is a powerful bomb that decimates the landscape. You will not get to keep the blocks that it blows up.
Uranium tools are crafted just like any other tools. They are much stronger and more efficient than their diamond counterparts.
Just like Uranium Tools, Uranium Weapons are stronger than diamond.
The Uranium Paxel is an axe, pickaxe, and shovel in one.
Uranium arrows can be crafted or taken from skeletons. They cause a powerful explosion on impact.
